She's dead, and I'll miss her.
We've known each other for years. We've had our ups and downs, but shared more of the good than the bad. She was with me through thick and thin, through poorer and through flat broke.
It happened on Thursday, about about 11 am. It was quick, it happened so fast. I tried everything I knew, I called the right people. It wasn't long before she got professional help, but they could do nothing for her.
She was old, she was beat, and she was tired. She didn't move nearly as fast as she used to, and she made all the funny 'Old' noises. Some people say that what happened was a blessing; maybe they are right. I don't know.
She never let me down. She was there for me, she always saw that I got to where I was going, and she never complained.
She was my friend, my companion, my confidant, and my house mate. And she never left my side, only I hers. Truly, her friendship was a good, honest, and loyal one, a loyalty I sometimes failed to return. That is something I will always regret.
I'm going to miss her very much.
Goodbye, old friend.

Thanks Jillian, that's appreciated.
Miss Milk - If you ever care to understand a man's feelings, his vehicle, especially if it's old and he's had it for a long time, is an emotional attachment.
Hungry - thanks man, I knew you'd understand.
Cinder single - we'll have to 'park' in something else ;)
She would have wanted it that way. Touching eulogy.
