And the winner is!

Well, the wait is over, and the Ontario 2007 provincial election results are in. And guess who won! Dalton McGuinty is premier again. Surprise surprise. Ontario is a liberal province, always has been, always will be. The PC's did make some gains though, just not enough. The liberals have 71 seats, PC's 26, NDP 10, and the Green party NONE (oo, surprise), giving the liberals a majority government AGAIN.

Via the liberal palm greasing to GTA corporate, it had that vote locked in. More broken promises lulled the weak willed into a false sense of security, and yet others vote liberal not wanting to lean too far left or right (as if the liberal government didn't lean at all).

I guess out of the options of asshole and idiot, us Ontarians prefer the liar and thief. Well, here we go with another term of broken promises, too many taxes and Dalton and his band of liberal thugs padding their wallet with my hard earned tax dollar.

There is one good thing that came out of this, the liberal fueled (in my opinion) referendum was kicked to the curb. 101 ridings said a vehement NO! to the new way of voting, and a piddly 6 said yes please, lets ensure liberal majorities!

Ces't la vie. Onto bigger and better things, now that this cluster fuck is behind us, for now. Oh, did you hear? With waning support for the liberal feds now that poutine Dion is leader, PM Harper is pushing for another election. Way to go for the majority, you Bush kissing robot! Yes, I love everybody.
